DIVA - CEILING LIGHT FARO

The DIVA ceiling light from FARO is the only lighting fixture in the Capron Podologie line designed not to illuminate the treatment area directly, but to create a medical-grade lighting environment throughout the entire practice. It differs fundamentally from surgical lights and articulating arm lamps: it does not replace clinical lighting; rather, it complements it by eliminating dark areas and excessive contrasts that strain the practitioner’s eyes.

With a color temperature of 5,500 K and a CRI > 90, the DIVA reproduces light that closely resembles natural daylight—the standard in medical environments.

The DIVA addresses a need that is often overlooked in the design of podiatry practices: general lighting. A poorly lit practice—with just a standard fluorescent light or a 3,000 K energy-saving bulb—creates dark spots, unpleasant contrasts, and chronic eye strain. The DIVA eliminates these issues by diffusing uniform light throughout the entire room.

It is particularly recommended during clinic renovations or new clinic openings, in combination with a surgical light for the direct treatment area. The combination of DIVA (ambient lighting) + MAIA PODO or VISIANO (clinical lighting) is the ideal setup for a professional podiatry practice.
